Convection and Moisture Experiment 2 (CAMEX-2) Project Document
The Convection and Moisture Experiment 2 (CAMEX-2) was a NASA funded scientific study based at Wallops Flight Facility (WFF). The experiment was designed to study three-dimensional moisture fields using satellite, aircraft, and ground-based instrumentation and the multifrequency radiometric and lightning signatures of tropical convection over the United States Eastern Seaboard. CAMEX-2 took place between August 21 - September 2, 1995. The AMPR data from CAMEX-2 is archived at the GHRC.
